Domestic Shipping

All packages are shipped out of our New Jersey studio. Once your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or new product launches. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system. 

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from a chosen shipping address. 

We have partnered with Route who provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen! This service is automatically added to each order. International Shipping

All packages are shipped out of our New Jersey studio. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the client's responsibility to cover.

Please note that Route Package Protection does not cover packages that are being shipped to countries with US imposed sanctions.

Preorders

Preorders will be shipped out in the order they are received. The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Please note these shipping dates are estimates and can be updated without notice.

If your order contains one or more items listed as "preorder" the whole package will be shipped when all of the contents become available. 

For expedited shipping, we recommend placing two separate orders, one with pre-order items and the other with in-stock items. 

Sustainable Packaging

All orders are sustainably packaged using reusable, recyclable, compostable, and biodegradable materials. We only use domestically sourced ingredients in our production and group our deliveries to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum.

Returns

Thank you for ordering from our Online Boutique

Kas Di Kos will replace or refund any product purchased from the online boutique that does not conform to your expectations, provided that you submit your request within 30 days from the product delivery date. The date is determined by the courier tracking system. For this purpose, terms and conditions explicated in the Terms and Conditions apply.
